摘要
建立黄芪注射液的细菌内毒素检查法。依据《中国药典》2005年版附录细菌内毒素检查法进行试验。黄芪注射液对鲎试剂与内毒素反应无干扰作用。黄芪注射液采用细菌内毒素检查是可行的,可以考虑代替热原检查。
The bacterial endotoxin testing method for Huangqi Injection was set up, by the bacterial endotoxin test was approved according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005 edition. Huangqi Injection has no interferential effects with bacterial endotoxin test. Bacterial endotoxin test can replace the pyrogen test in rabbits for Huangqi Injection.
