摘要
介绍8mm波隐身材料反射率标准物质的研制和定值方法。采用高效复合吸收剂吸波涂层配方、双层结构和精密机械加工等手段进行设计、制备。该标准物质反射率标称值分别为-10、-15、-20dB,不确定度优于0.8dB,具有稳定性高、吸波性能响应平坦的特点,已经在隐身材料反射率专用测量设备校准方面得到应用。
The development and certification method of certified reference material for reflectivity of 8 mm band radar absorbing material were introduced. The certified reference material was designed with a absorbing layer of efficient composite absorber and a double -layer structure, and finally prepared by accurate machining. The reputed value of reflectivity was - 10 dB, - 15 dB and -20 dB respectively ,the uncertainty was less than 0.8 dB. The certified reference material has characteristics of hign stability and fiat reflectivity - frequency response. It had been already applied to calibrate special military epuipments for measurement of reflectivity of radar absorbing materials
