摘要
构件较少的机械的动态拆装模拟可以用SolidWorks做,而对于秧盘模具这类零件较多的机械的动态拆装模拟用SolidWorks难于完成。为了实现秧盘模具动态拆装模拟,对AutoCAD进行二次开发,用VB.NET做一个动态拆装模拟系统和一个干涉检验系统装载在AutoCAD上,增加其功能。用AutoCAD直接做秧盘模具的装配图,再用AutoCAD增加的功能进行动态拆装模拟、静态干涉检验、动态干涉检验,实验证明,这样能收到良好的效果。
Using SolidWorks can realize a lesser components machine to do dynamic disassemblyassembly simulation, while it can not realize a numerous components machine. In order to make a dynamic disassembly-assembly simulation for seeding tray mould, a secondary exploiture to AutoCAD was made. A dynamic disassembly-assembly simulation system and a interference check system using VB.NET were loaded on AutoCAD to enhance it's function. Drawed a assemble graphics of seeding tray mould by AutoCAD, and then made dynamic disassembly-assembly simulation, static interference check, dynamic interference check using AutoCAD's loaded system. This ccould get a good effect testified by many experiments.
