摘要
通过建立适用于消失模铸造充型及传热过程的数学模型和边界条件,实现了液态金属在浇注系统和铸型内动量传递和热传递的数值模拟计算。模拟分析普通砂型铸造和消失模铸造充型差异表明,聚苯乙烯热解气体的反压阻力决定了消失模铸造充型过程不同于普通砂型铸造,表现为液态金属按所抵达的内浇口顺序依次注入型腔。通过模拟计算可预测冷隔产生位置,实现消失模铸造工艺优化设计。
By establishing the mathematical model and boundary condition applicable to mold filling and heat transfer in EPC process,the numerical simulation of the momentum and heat transfer of molten metal has been carried out in the mold and gating system.The difference in mold filling style between green sand casting process and EPC process was analysd and showed that the back pressure resistance of pyrolytic gas of polystyrene determined mold filling of EPC proces which is different from green sand casting process,according to the order of entry of molten metal into the ingates,the mold is filled in turn.Using the numerical simulation,the location of cold shut can be predicted and the optimum design of EPC process achieved.
