摘要 试验研究了金属液的引入位置和涂料层性质对消失模铸钢件表面增碳的影响。试验结果表明,壁厚不均匀的条、板形铸件,金属液从薄壁处引入可减轻铸件增碳。讨论了粘结剂、涂层厚度及涂料附加物对铸件增碳的影响。用白乳胶做涂料粘结剂,铸件表层增碳少;在相同浇注条件下,涂层薄时,铸件表层增碳少;在涂料中适量添加氧化性物质,浇注时形成氧化性气氛。 An investigation was carried out into the effects of the entry position of molten metal into the mold cavity and the characteristics of coating layer on the surface recarburization of steel castings in lost foam casting.The experimental results showed that,when gating is through the thin section of baror plate castings with non uniform thickness,the surface recarburization of steel castings can be reduced.The effects of binders,coating thickness and additives into the coating on the surface recarbu rization of steel castings have been discussed.When polyvinyl acetate was utilised as the binding agent of coatings,and on the same pouring conditions,the coating layer was thin,the surface recarburization was diminished,some oxidizable materials added into the coatings to produce oxidizable atmosphere when pouring,those can reduce its surface recarburization.
