摘要
目的建立毛细管气相色谱法同时测定止痒灵中苯酚和薄荷脑的含量。方法采用HP-5MS(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm)弹性石英毛细管为分离柱,FID检测器,樟脑为内标,在70~150℃程序升温,分流进样。结果苯酚和薄荷脑分别在0.03324~0.3324mg/mL(r=0.9994)、0.03276~0.3276mg/mL(r=0.9999)浓度范围内线性关系良好,苯酚和薄荷脑的平均回收率和RSD分别为99.99%和0.78%、100.9%和0.81%。结论本法消除了止痒灵中甘油的干扰,简便、快速和准确。
Objective To establish a capillary gas chromatography for determining the contents of phenol and menthol in itch relief agent. Methodes The analysis was performed on an HP-5MS elastic quartz capillary (30 m × 0.32 mm × 0.25 μm). FID was used as detector and camphor as internal standard. Phenol and menthol were simultaneously analyzed under temperature programming in 70 - 150℃ and split stream sampling. Resufls The calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 0. 03324 - 0. 3324 mg/mL for phenol ( r = 0.9994), 0.03276 - 0. 3276 mg/mL for menthol ( r = 0. 9999 ) . The average recoveries were 99.99% ( RSD 0. 78% ) for phenol, 100.9% ( RSD 0.81% )for menthol. Conclusion The method is sample, fast and accurate, which eliminates the disturbance of glycerin in the agent.
