摘要
目的观察灯盏花素磷脂复合物(Ber-PC)对脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑损伤的影响。方法复制大鼠大脑中动脉脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,观察缺血后大鼠神经功能障碍情况,测定再灌注后缺血侧脑梗死范围及脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果Ber-PC剂量依赖性减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的神经功能障碍,减少脑梗死面积,拮抗缺血脑组织MDA含量的增加,提高脑组织SOD、GSH-PX活性。结论Ber-PC对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠具有明显的保护作用,具有良好的新药开发前景。
Objective To study the protective effects of breviscapine phosphatidylcholine complex (Ber-PC) against brain injury in rats undergone focal ischemia reperfusion. Methods Wistar rats were treated with Ber-PC for 14 days and were subjected to focal ischemia reperfusion by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) using intraluminal thread. After 2 hours of MCAO reperfusion was allowed by retracting the thread. The nerve symptoms were observed after 1 hour of reperfusion and the infracted area, the level of MDA, the activity of SOD, and GSH - PX in ischemic brain tissue were observed after 24 hours. Results Ber-PC could improve behavior disorder induced by MCAO and reduce brain infracted area through increasing the activity of SOD and GSH-PX , decreasing the level of MDA in brain tissue. Conclusion Ber-PC could protect against focal brain injury induced by reperfusion injury in middle cerebral artery of rats and could be a promising product.
