摘要
随着社会信息化程度的提高,构建终身教育和和谐社会成为当今社会的长远目标。本文主要在论述构建现代远程教育学习系统重要性的基础上,提出了在构建过程中应该遵循的一些原则。
Along with the exaltation of soeial informationization degree, setting up lifelong edueation and harmony soeiety has beeome a soeial farsighted target in nowadays. This text puts forward some prineiples on the foundation for diseussing the importanee of eonstrueting the study supporting system of modern distenee edueation.
