摘要
利用传热学及过冷奥氏体等温转变动力学原理.建立了计算无限长圆柱试样渗碳层淬火组织的非线性数学模型,实现了相变与瞬态温度场的耦合计算,不仅考虑了试样成分的变化(试样渗碳后各处碳浓度不一样),而且还考虑了物性参数随温度的变化。计算结果与实测结果吻合较好,表明本数学模型和计算程序能够正确计算渗碳层淬火组织。
A nonlinear mathematical model has been developed to calculate the phase transformation of onedi-mension cylinder during quenching after carburizing. It coupled the calculation of phase transformation with the calculation of the transient temperature field. The mode takes into account the ingredient change of the sample and also thenonlinear problem that the physical property coefficients change with temperature. The calculated results fits the measured results well, which indicates that this model and program can calculate the quenching microstructure in carburized case correctly.
