摘要
目的探讨硝菔通结颗粒对老年便秘大鼠排便及肠组织中神经递质含量的影响,阐明硝菔通结颗粒治疗便秘的机理。方法将50只SD老年大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、麻子仁丸组、硝菔通结颗粒大剂量组、硝菔通结颗粒小剂量组。经过造模、治疗后,检测肠组织中神经递质P物质(SP)和血管活性肠肽(VIP)含量的变化。结果硝菔通结颗粒大、小剂量组均能明显升高肠组织中SP含量,降低VIP含量。与模型组及麻子仁丸组比较,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论硝菔通结颗粒通过调节肠组织中神经递质含量,促进肠蠕动治疗便秘。
ObjeetiveTo probe into the effects of Xiao Fu Tong .lie Granules on the defecating and the content of neurotransmitters in intestinal tissues of rats with senile constipation, and to clarify its mechanism for treating constipation. Methods 50 SD aged rats were randomized into blank control group, model control group, Ma Zi Ren pill group, high dose Xiao Fu Tong Jie granules group and low dose Xiao Fu Tong Jie granules group. After model construction and treatment, the changes of the contents of neurotransmitter P ( SP ) and vasoactive peptides ( VIP ) in the intestinal tissues were determined. Results Both the high and low doses Xiao Fu Tong Jie granules groups'SP contents in intestinal tissues were obviously increased, and VIP content reduced. It had significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ) compared with the model group and the Ma Zi Ren pill group. Conclusion Xio Fu Tong Jie granules can treat constipation by adjusting the content of neurotransmitters in intestinal tissues and promoting intestinal peristalsis.
