摘要
研究了微波辅助萃取气相色谱法测定小白菜中的有机磷农药分析方法.优选了萃取溶剂,并采用正交设计试验优化了萃取溶剂的用量、微波辐射时间和微波辐射温度等微波辅助萃取条件.方法的检出限为0.0015~0.0072 mg/kg.在优化的条件下测定了0.5 mg/kg和1.0 mg/kg的合成样品,回收率均在87.99%以上;相对标准偏差在3.0%~8.8%之间(n=6).本法操作简便,灵敏度高,适合于蔬菜、水果中有机磷农药的检测.
Analytical method of organic phosphoric pesticide in Chinese cabbage was studied by MAE/ GC The types and dosage of extracting solvent, the time and temperature of microwave radiation were optimized by orthogonal design. The detection limit was 0. 0015 -0. 0072 mg/kg. The synthesized sample of 0. 5 mg/kg and 1.0 mg/kg were detected in optimized condtions. The recovery rate was over 87.99%. The relative standard deviation was between 3.0%-8.0%. This method is suitable for the detection of organic phosphoric pesticide due to its easy operation and high sensibility.
