摘要
自主式液压舵机是某型飞机操纵系统的关键部件;为提高其性能测试过程的自动化程度和测试精度,设计开发了以计算机为核心、虚拟仪器技术为基础的自主式液压舵机性能测试系统;首先进行了测试系统的总体设计,然后研究了基于LabWindows/CVI的测控软件设计,最后进行了试验研究;试验结果验证了测试方案的可行性以及测试系统的有效性和可靠性。
The autonomous hydraulic servo is a pivotal part of a aircraft control system. To improve the automation degree and test precision in course of its performance test, the performance test system of autonomous hydraulic servo based on computer and virtual instrument is designed. Firstly, the test system is projected as a whole. Then the design of test and control software based on LabWindows/CVI is studied. Finally, the test is carried out. The test results show that the test project is feasible and the test system is valid and dependable.
