摘要
利用钢筋良好的导电性来制作碳纤维导电发热混凝土的侧面电极,并进行了相关的试验研究。通过研究发现此种侧面钢筋电极发热混凝土的电阻稳定期要比普通混凝土的固化时期长,电阻随电压的变化不是很明显,即电阻是比较稳定的。采用细不锈钢钢筋作侧面电极时导电发热混凝土的电阻率较低。电热试验表明此发热混凝土可以达到较好的发热效果。所做的研究将可以有效提高导电发热混凝土铺层的强度,促进其实际应用。
The steel bar with good electrical conductivity was used as lateral electrode in the making of carbon fiber(CF) electrically conductive concrete for heating.The pertinent experiments illustrate this kind of conductive concrete has a longer curing time than normal cement on electrical resistivity.The electrical resistance variation with the voltage is not apparent.That is to say,the electrical resistance of this conductive concrete is stable.The low electrical resistivity can be obtained when the stainless steel bar with a minor diameter is used.The temperature rise experiment illustrates this kind of conductive concrete can also obtain a good temperature rise result.The study can enhance the strength of the conductive concrete slab effectively and promote its'practical application.
