摘要
基于回弹法全国统一测强曲线和山东省测强曲线在青岛地区使用时误差较大的事实,按照JGJ/T 23-2001《回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》中的要求,采用青岛常用的混凝土原材料制作试块,按照技术规程要求进行回弹、碳化深度、试块抗压强度测试,共采集了1 800多组有效数据,根据最小二乘法原理进行了二元指数乘幂混合回归拟合。将回归曲线进行了误差分析并同山东省曲线进行了比对,比对结果表明,青岛测强曲线测试精度较高。通过3个实际工程检测数据验证,青岛曲线满足测试精度要求并可以作为适用于青岛地区回弹法检测混凝土强度的测强曲线。
Based on the fact that the national and Shandong rebound curve for concrete strength is unsuitable in Qingdao area,according to JGJ/T23-2001 ,utilize 1 800 series test data of concrete made in Qingdao area to establish rebound curve for concrete strength measurement, through the error analysis and the comparison with Shandon curve,the superiority of Qingdao curve is testified.Certified by the site test date of three actual engineering, Qingdao curve can satisfy the precision requirement and is suitable to be used in Qingdao area.
