摘要
在温度(20±1)℃、盐度22~24‰条件下,对海蜇螅状幼体和碟状幼体进行了pH适应性试验和不同pH下氨氮的急性毒性试验。结果表明:适合海蜇螅状幼体和碟状幼体生活的pH范围为7~9,最适pH范围为7.5~8.5。在此pH范围内,不仅非离子氨具有毒性,离子铵在浓度高时亦具有毒性。对于螅状幼体,非离子氨的毒性大约是离子铵的90~110倍;对于碟状幼体。
The tests for the acute toxicity of ammonia on scyphistoma and ephyra of jellyfish ( Rhopilema esculenta ) are carried out under different pH values at temperature of (20±1)℃ and salinity of 22-24‰. The effect of pH for the survival of scyphistoma and ephyra is studied. The results have shown that the range of pH is from 7 to 9, and optimum range is 7.5 to 8.5 for survival of scyphistoma and ephyra. The toxicity of ammonia is not due solely to the unionized ammonia (UIA), and a large amount of ionized ammonia (IA) exerts a toxic effect within the pH 7 ̄9. The experiment indicate that the tokicity of UIA is 90 ̄110 times more than IA to scyphistoma and is 117 ̄220 times to ephyra.
