摘要
为科学评价烟草加工过程的工序能力,根据过程稳态的基本特征,以加料工序含水率控制为例,对烟草加工的全过程进行了系统的数理分析。结果表明:利用数理统计方法,剔除非稳态质量数据对SPC的影响,可对加工过程的稳态进行判定,准确评价加料工序的含水率控制水平,对稳态条件下的过程能力进行定性和定量的描述及评价。
In order to evaluate the process capability in tobacco processing scientifically, taking moisture content control (MCC) during casing as an example, the course of tobacco processing was analyzed statistically based on the characteristics of steady-state process. The results showed that mathematical statistics, after the influences of the abnormal data were rejected, was capable of estimating the steady state of tobacco processing process, evaluating exactly the level of MCC during casing, describing and evaluating the process capability in steady state qualitatively and quantitatively.
