摘要
以ＤＨＶ单克隆抗体包被反应板，以粗提病毒作为抗原，建立了检测ＤＨＶ抗体的单抗捕捉法ＥＬＩＳＡ，经与间接ＥＬＩＳＡ作平行试验，二者检测符合率为１００％。
An mAb ELISA for detecting antibodies to duck heptitis virus (DHV)was developed.The test conditions were optimized by reagent titrations utihzing known positive and negative antisera.An appropriate positive/negative(P/N)cutoff level was defined as three times higher than the mean abosorbance of negative sera at a 1∶100 dilution.The results of mAb ELISA for 60 clinical serum samples were correspondence with those of the indirect ELISA.
