摘要
目的:研究藏药甘肃蚤缀Arenaria kansuensis的化学成分。方法:应用色谱技术分离纯化,通过理化方法和波谱数据确定化合物结构。结果:从70%乙醇提取物大孔吸附树脂50%乙醇洗脱物中分离并鉴定了5个化合物,分别为苜蓿素(1)、苜蓿素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、苜蓿素-4′-O-β-愈创木基甘油基酯(3)、异金雀花素(4)和异牡荆苷(5)。结论:化合物2,3,5为首次从该植物中分得,其中化合物3为首次从石竹科植物中分得。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Arenaria kansuensis. Method: Column chromatographic techniques were applied to isolated constituents. A combination of physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis were used to identify structures of constituents. Result: Five compounds were obtained and elucidated as tricin (1), tricin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), tricin 4'-O-β-guaiacylglyceryl ether (3), isoscoparin (4) and isovitexin (5). Conclusion: Compound 2, 3 and 5 were isolated from A. kansuensis for the first time, compound 3 was obtained from the family Caryophyllaceae for the first time.
