植物光谱应用于白菜铜胁迫响应研究 被引量:28

摘要 在实验室土培条件下,应用白菜(Brassica CampestrisL)叶片红边位、可见区光谱、近红外区光谱三种特征光谱探析了白菜生长重金属Cu污染的胁迫响应.随土壤中Cu含量增加,白菜叶片对金属Cu富集程度逐渐增大,白菜叶片的叶绿素含量降低;随白菜叶片Cu含量增加,白菜叶片可见光区光谱反射率(A1)增加,红边“蓝移”(向短波方向飘移)程度(S)逐渐增强,而白菜叶片近红外区光谱反射率(A2)降低;并且A1,A2和S三参数都能够较好地模拟(复相关系数R2>0.95)和预测白菜叶片Cu含量.
