摘要
矿产资源所有者往往自己不投资勘查开发,为此分离出所有权益中部分权益称之为矿业权,本文从哲学层面切入探讨价值内涵,进而从经济学层面和资源面剖析了矿产资源价值、价格与矿业权价值、价格,最后提出了六点政策建议。
Usually the owner of the mineral resources does not invest to explore , and the rights which divided from ownership were called mining rights. This paper discussed the value connotation in philosphy, moreover, analyzed the value and price of the mineral resources, the value and price of the mining rights in economics and resource science. Finally, advised suggestion for management.
