摘要
理解职业教育的内涵,需要立足于多学科的研究视野;关于职业教育的本质属性,可从适应性、中介性和产业性三方面加以探讨;职业教育主要有学校本位、企业本位、社会本位和学校一企业综合四种模式;职业教育发展经历了学徒制、学校、学校一企业混合和企业导向的多种机构共同参与等四种形态;现代职业教育机构具有自身经营机制:它的教育生产活动必须遵循市场经济规律;职业教育课程改革的重要方向在于整合学术知识和技术。
To understand the connotation of vocational education, the researchers should start from multisubject research viewsight; the essential attribute of vocational education can be explored from the aspects of adaptability, intermediation and industry; vocational education have four main models: school-based, enterprise-based, society-based and school-enterprise integration; the evolvement of vocational education has experienced four kinds of morality: apprenticeship, school, mixed morality of school-enterprise and common participation of various institutions oriented by enterprise; modem vocational education institution has its own management mechanism, and its education and production activity must comply with market economy principles; the direction of curriculum reform of vocational education is the integration of academic knowledge with vocational technology.
