摘要
在偏食和过量氟喂养条件下,实验大鼠软骨组织PG、GAG代谢受到严重干扰,表现为肋软骨基质中PG聚合体含量明显降低,低聚合的PG含量明显增加,PG单体分子量明显降低。同时也观察到软骨基质中GAG含量的明显升高,这些结果一致地表明,过量氟化物引起动物慢性中毒时软骨组织PG合成代谢受到抑制而其分解代谢增强。
Under the condition of monotonous diet and over-fluoride diet,the metabolism of proteogly-can(PG)and glycosaminoglycan(GAG)in rat cartilage tissue was seriously distorted. The contents of PG polymers in costicartilage matrix decreased significantly. The low polymers of PG increased and the molecular weight of PG monomers decreased significantly, respectively. The GAG content in cartilage matrix significantly increased at the same time. The results showed that over-fluoride can inhibit the PG anabolism and promote the PG catabolism.
