摘要
富集并提纯了聚合物驱采油污水中的水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM),对富集的HPAM粗品和纯化品进行了元素分析及IR分析。结果表明,纯化品的元素分析结果及IR谱图与工业品的吻合较好。用淀粉-碘化镉法同时测定了富集HPAM的水解度及孤岛油田孤二联合站污水中HPAM的含量,用粘度法测定了富集HPAM的相对分子质量。孤岛油田孤二联合站污水中HPAM的含量为207.3mg/L;富集HPAM纯化品的水解度为30.1%,摩尔质量为2.26×106g/mol。
HPAM in polymer-flooding oily wastewater was isolated and purified. Impure and purified HPAM samples were characterized using element and IR analysis. The element and IR analysis revealed that the structure of purified HPAM was similar to the structure of the commercial sample. Hydrolytic degree and concentration of HPAM in polymer-flooding oily wastewater of Gudao oilfield were determined using Starch-CdI2 spectrophotometry, and the mole mass was measured by viscosity method. The concentration of HPAM in polymer-flooding oily wastewater of Gudao oilfield was 207.3 mg·L-1; the hydrolytic degree was 30.1% and the mole mass was 2.26×106g·mol-1.
