摘要
总结分析了拓扑优化中几种克服数值不稳定性现象的方法及其在应用效果、易实施性等方面的特点,提出一个新的过滤模板,其可根据过滤半径过滤指数进行适当调整。通过短悬臂梁位移约束下的拓扑优化设计算例研究了不同过滤对象、过滤半径、过滤指数和应用策略对拓扑优化结果的影响,计算结果表明该模板能有效消除拓扑优化中的数值不稳定现象。
Some methods to overcome numerical instabilities applied in continuum topology optimization were listed and analyzed. Based on filter algorithm,a new filter was proposed and its filter radius can be adjusted properly by its filter exponent. Optimal topology structures were studied on different filter objects, filter radius and filter exponents. Numerical topology optimization example of a short cantilever beam is shown to demonstrate the feasibility of the new filter on eliminating the numerical instabilities in topology optimization.
