摘要
用浓硝酸微波消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定了红豆杉中Fe、Cu、Mg、Ca、Mn、Zn6种金属元素的含量。所测定的红豆杉中含有丰富的人体必需金属元素,采用此方法回收率在95.0%—104.0%之间。本方法简单、准确,结果令人满意。
The sample was digested by microwave with HNOs. Six metallic elements were directly analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry including Fe,Cu, Mg,Ca, Mn, and Zn in taxus chinensis var. mairei. The taxus chinensis var. mairei includes lots of metallic elements necessary for people. The recoveries are between 95.0% and 104.0%.
