摘要 目的探讨家属同步健康教育对脊髓损伤患者日常生活能力的影响。方法将60例脊髓损伤患者随机分成康复组和对照组(每组30例),两组均接受常规药物和康复治疗,而康复组同时由护士对家属进行健康教育。两组患者于治疗前及治疗60 d后均进行Barthel指数评分。结果两组患者Barthel指数评分治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后的差异有统计学意义,康复组Barthel指数明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脊髓损伤患者在康复治疗过程中,对家属进行同步健康教育,能明显提高脊髓损伤患者日常生活能力。 Objective To explore the influence of health education for family members on activities of daily living in patients with spinal cord injury cured by early rehabilitative intervention. Method 60 patients with spinal cord injury were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group (30 cases in each group). Patients in the two groups were given clinical medicine treatment and rehabilitation training, while family members in rehabilitation group were given health education at the same time. Barthel Index (BI) was evaluated before the treatment and 60 days after the treatment respectively. Result BI score in the two groups had no significant difference before the treatment ( P 〉 0. 05 ), but the scores after the treatment were statistically higher in the rehabilitation group than those in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Health education for family members during early rehabilitative assistance can obviously improve activities of daily living in patients with spinal cord injury.
