摘要
分析了企业信息化评价中存在的问题,提出了一种柔性的企业信息化评价系统工具。论述了柔性化企业信息化评价系统的要求和功能特点,系统地研究了评价系统的体系结构及其实现技术。采用业务过程技术、动态数据链表和数据仓库等技术,通过系统驱动引擎、配置规则库、评价方法库、评价指标库、系统数据接口5个部分,实现规则/指标的自动匹配、数据转换和评价方法的调用。最后,以港口企业煤炭物流信息集成系统为背景,结合国家企业信息化效能指标,介绍了其应用,并分析了评价结果,对系统进行了验证。
Flexible Enterprise Information-oriented Evaluation System (FEIES) was put forward based on the analysis of existing problems in enterprise information-oriented evaluation. According to discussions on the requirements and function characteristics of FEIES, the system architecture and its implementation technologies were studied, including business process technology, dynamic data chain table and data warehouse technologies, etc. , which were used in driving engine, configuration rules library, evaluation method library, evaluation indexes library and data interface to realize automatic matching of rules and indexes, as well as call of data conversion and transfer evaluation method. Finally, combining port coal logistics information integration system and national enterprise information-oriented efficiency index, an evaluation application example was introduced to validate the implementation of FEIES.
