摘要
人民调解制度是我国一项具有中国特色的解决民间纠纷的法律制度,是儒家“和合”文化的产物,是我国法制现代化进程中当之无愧的本土资源。在介绍调节制度在我国的发展脉络和人民调解制度的文化成因的基础上,指出人民调解制度的时代价值。
People＇ s Mediate System is one of Chinese characteristic law system to solve public issues. It is the product of harmony culture of Confucianism and is the native resource to modernize the legal system of our country. This paper is based on introduction of the developing muting of mediate system in our country and the culture formation of the system to show that this system has epoch value.
