摘要
以大型混铁车用Al2O3-SiC-C砖和红柱石-氧化铝-SiC砖为对象,研究使用后材料粘渣的过程和原因,提出Al2O3-SiC-C质罐衬砖由于C的氧化和砖本身的气孔较大,使材料容易粘渣。红柱石-氧化铝-SiC砖由于没有C氧化,同时材料内只有微小气孔、没有较大气孔,能够有效地解决罐车的粘渣问题,红柱石-氧化铝-SiC罐衬砖的实际使用寿命比Al2O3-SiC-C砖延长30%以上。
Al2O3-SiC-C type and andalusite-Al2O3-SiC type bricks used in the large-scale torpedo ladle are researched, and the mechanism of slag adhibition is investigated. It's proposed that, the Al2O3- SiC-C brick adhibits the molted slag due to the carbon oxidation and the big pores in the brick, while the andalusite-Al2O3-SiC brick does not adhibit the molten slag because it is free of carbon oxidation and big pores. The life of the andalusite-Al2O3-SiC brick is 30% longer than that of Al2O3-SiC-C brick.
