摘要
财经人才是我国经济与社会发展的生力军,学校能否培养出合格的财经人才直接关系到我国现代化建设事业的兴衰与成败。长期以来学校偏重于让学生学会某些专业方面的系统知识和技能,在知识结构和能力素质上“精有余,而博不足”,“技术有余而价值不足”等弊端。培养财经专业人才的人文素质,应加强财经专业人才的人格教育,在财经专业教学中注重人文素质教育,提高专业教师的人文素质。
We should enhance the personality education for financial and economic professional talented persons and pay attention to the humanities diathesis education in financial and economic professional terching,increasing professional teacher＇s humanities diathesis.
