摘要
讨论了催化过氧化氢脱木素与漂白的原理和工艺,催化剂包括锰络合物、酰胺、杂多酸盐、杂菲、钼酸盐、腈胺、对-醋酸基苯磺酸钠和甲基三氧化铼。这些催化剂能有效地改进过氧化氢漂白的效果,减轻纸浆粘度下降的程度。
The process and mechanism of bleaching and delignification with hydrogen peroxide by catalysis were reviewed including manganese complex, amide, heteropoly acid, hybridizied phenanthren, molybdate, cyanamid, P-acetoxybenzenesulfonate sodium and methyltrioxorhenium. These catalysts could effectively improve the bleaching efficiency of hydrogen peroxide and lighten the decreasing of pulp viscosity.
