碳纤维增强复合材料力学性能的试验与分析 被引量:11

EXPERIMENT AND ANALYSIS OF LONG-TIME MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF CARBON FIBER REINFORCED POLYMER

摘要 通过盐溶液浸渍试验、碱溶液浸渍试验及人工加速老化试验,研究碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)在腐蚀环境条件下的力学性能,进行CFRP拉伸试验的应力-应变曲线分析及力学性能显著性分析。研究表明,CFRP具有良好的耐腐蚀性,在腐蚀环境中拉伸强度无显著变化,伸长率有显著变化;拉伸弹性模量在盐、碱溶液浸渍环境下有显著变化,在人工加速老化环境下无显著变化。 Based on the salt solution pickling test, alkali solution pickling test and accelerated aging test, the mechanical properties of CFRP under corrosive environment were studied. The stress-strain curve of CFRP was analyzed and the significance of mechanical properties of CFRP was tested. The test results indicate that CFRP shows good corrosion resistance. The tensile strength of CFRP had no significant change in the corrosive environments. The extensibility of CFRP has significant changes in the corrosive environments. The elastic modulus of CFRP has significant changes in the salt solution pickling condition and alkali solution pickling condition, there is no significant changes in the accelerated aging condition.
