摘要
在实验室建造了3 m高的循环流化床冷态试验装置,并在此基础上以河砂为原料研究了试验前后主床物料粒度分布和旋风分离器带出物料粒度分布;主床压力分布试验是通过测量不同鼓风量下主床不同高度压力值,来反映床内颗粒运动及固体颗粒的滞留量;物料循环量试验得出物料循环量与气量和装料量密切相关;其次对循环流化床的重要部件-流动密封阀做了详细的研究。
A set of cold--state Circulating Fluid--bed(CFB) with 3 m height has been set up in the laboratory, where the particle size distribution tests have been carried out. The purposes of the tests on main bed pressure distribution are reflecting the movement of the particles inside the bed and the retained amount of the solid particles by measuring the pressures of various heights inside the main bed under various volumes of air blew. The close correlations among the loads of materials and volume of air and the circulating amount of materials can be concluded from the tests on circulating amount of materials. Furthermore, the loop seal, one of the most significant parts of the CFB has been studied in details.
