摘要
酒店员工流动属于企业的正常现象。但我国酒店员工的流动大,人才流失严重,给酒店经营管理带来了一定的消极影响。针对我国酒店员工流失的原因进行研究。提出相应对策,以期对我国酒店的发展有所裨益。
Cabaret's personnel run- off is a normal phenomenon to an enterprise, However, the big personnel's fluxion of cabaret, and the serious loss of talented people in China, bring cabaret negative influence on cabaret management. This paper draws up from two aspects that of the reason and the countermeasure to discuss the personnel run off in our country cabaret. I expect it has the benefit to the development of our country cabaret.
