摘要
目的调查手术室实习护生文化休克的类型及相关因素,以寻找对策,提高带教质量。方法采用自行设计问卷对78名实习护生进行调查。结果实习护生文化休克类型以情绪障碍型最常见。结论应用跨文化护理理论,帮助实习护生尽快熟悉新文化环境,集中进行业务培训,制定适宜的工作目标,使其顺利度过文化休克期。
Objective To analyze the types and relating factors of culture shock among nursing students in operation room, in order to explore the countermeasure and improve the quality of clinical teaching. Methods 78 nursing students were investigated using a self- designed questionnaire. Results The emotional disturbance was one of the common types of culture shock among nursing students, Conclusion It is suggested to provide professional training for nursing students,set up feasible objectives and apply cross - cultural theory to help the nusing students to adapt themselves to the new cultural atmosphere as soon as possible ,in order to transit the period of culture shock smoothly.
