论述了构建社会主义和谐社会的基本原则和理论基础,指出构建社会主义和谐社会,是我国改革开放和现代化建设经验的科学总结,它将是一项长期、艰巨而复杂的工程。
Constructing the socialist harmonious society is both a scientific summary of Chinese Reform and Opening-up as well as the experiences of Chinese construction of modernization, and the common goal of the Chinese people＇s struggle. It will be a long-term,arduous and complicated program. What is the ＂harmonious society＂？ How to construct the socialist harmonious society？ All these are our subjects to study. We should insist on the theoretical and experimental exploration.
