摘要
应用抗骨形成蛋白的单克隆抗体(BMP—McAb),研究骨形成蛋白(BMP)在胎儿骨中的分布,并结合图像分析显微定量.观察BMP在胎儿骨和成人骨含量上的差别。结果显示:BMP在胎儿软骨膜、骨膜、成软骨细胞、成骨细胞和血管周围等部位有大量分布;胎儿骨BMP含量明显多于成人骨,说明BMP在胎儿骨的发生发育过程中起重要作用。
The distribution of bone morphogenetic protein(BMP) in normal human embryonic bone was ascertained by the application of monoconal antibody against bovine bone morphogenetic protein (BMP-McAb) in immunohistochemical (ABC) technique, The BMP content was evaluated by image quantitive analysis (Quantment 570). The adult human bone was treated simultaneously for control. The result showed that in embryonic bone,BMP was mainly distributed in the periosteum, Perichondrium, chondroblasts. osteoblasts, perivascular messenchymal cells, osteogenic cells. The content of BMP in the embryonic bone is much more abundant than that in the control group. It is concluded that the great amount of BMP in embryonic bone may play an important role in the osteogenisis.
