摘要
目的:探讨经阴道超声检查诊断子宫内膜癌的价值。方法:回顾性分析2002年10月至2004年5月我院通过手术病理诊断的40例子宫内膜癌病例。结果:38例超声诊断子宫内膜癌,符合率95%,2例漏诊。结论:经阴道超声可作为子宫内膜癌诊刮术前最佳的筛选手段,并能较正确地显示子宫内膜癌浸润子宫肌层的程度,为临床选择恰当治疗方案提供有效依据。
Objective To evaluate transvaginal sonography （TVS） in diagnosis of endometfial carcinoma. Methods Forty cases of endometrial carcinoma which were diagnosed pathologically in our hospital from October 2001 to May 2004 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 38 cases were diagnosed as endometrial carcinoma, 2 cases missed diagnosis. The accuracy of TVS in detecting endometrial carcinoma was 95%. Conclusion TVS is first-rank filtrate way of endometrial carcinoma before uterine curettage.
