摘要
目的观察丹红注射液和三磷酸腺苷(ATP)对急性心肌梗死(AMI)模型兔子的治疗性血管再生作用。方法对21只日本大耳白兔子行冠状动脉结扎术,随机分为3组,药物治疗14d后处死,取心脏标本做免疫组化染色,测定血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和细胞分化因子34(CD34)阳性染色值。结果丹红组和ATP组的VEGF和CD34阳性染色值明显较对照组高。结论丹红注射液和ATP都能缩小心肌梗死面积,增强梗死后心肌血管再生的能力。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic angiogenesis effect of Danhong injection and Adenosine Triphosphate(ATP) on rabbit with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods 21 female Japan - sino hybridization white rabbit ligated anterior descending branch of cornorary artery were randomly divided into 3 groups and administered NS, Danhong injection and adenosine triphosphate injection. 14 days latter, the hearts of them were moved and cut into slices, and then the slices were handled with the immunohistochemical study of VEGF and CD34. Results There are more ex- pressions of VEGF in both infarction zone and its border and the zone of non - infarction in group 2 and 3 than group 1 , and the same with the density of capillary. Conclusion Both Danhong injection and adenosine can increase the expression of VEGF and the density of capillary.
