有机改性硅醇盐溶胶在毛织物防毡缩整理中的产业化研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用溶胶—凝胶技术对羊毛织物进行防毡缩整理是一种环保型的技术,在课题组原有工作基础上,进一步深入探索了此技术在羊毛织物防毡缩整理上产业化应用的可行性。通过优化有机硅醇盐的整理工艺,得到适合工厂生产的工艺流程。实验结果表明,使用水稀释后的溶胶对羊毛织物进行实验室小样整理及工厂大样整理后,毡化收缩率均可达到国际羊毛局规定的机可洗标准。 The anti-felting finish of wool fabric treated by sol-gel technology is harmonious to nature. Based on the previous work, the feasibility of its industrialization was explored further. The optimization of the finishing process of an organically modified silica-alkoxides (GPTMS) sols was ensured. The results of both laboratofial samples and bulk sample treated by sol solution which was diluted by distilled water showed that the length and width shrinkage reach the pass level of Woolmark TM 31 (both long/tude and latitude shrinkage(%) ≤3%).
