摘要
国内很多大中型企业纷纷采用360度反馈评价系统,希望以此提高企业绩效。在介绍360度反馈评价定义、理论依据的基础上,着重介绍了国内企业在采用它时存在的问题,并对在我国的文化背景下如何运用360度考评系统提出建议。
At present, many large and medium-sized enterprises in our country have adopted the 360-degree feedback evaluation system,hoping to enhance their performance. After introducing the definition and theretical basis of the 360-degroe feedback evaluation system, the article focuses on the problems when adopting this system,and then puts forward some proposals about how to utilize the system in the Chinese cultural context.
