摘要
采用MMU-5G摩擦磨损试验机测试了CuAlBi合金在不同载荷和摩擦速度下摩擦系数的变化规律,并测出各对应条件下的磨损量。结果表明:合金的摩擦系数随载荷的增加先减小再增大,随着速度的增加而减小;其磨损量随速度、载荷的增加而增大。犁沟是主要的磨损失效形式。
The variation of the friction coefficient of the CuAlBi alloy at different connecting loads and friction speed were studied by using MMU-5G sliding friction-wear tester, and the mass wear loss on the corresponding condition of the CuAlBi alloy was also measured. The results indicate that the friction coefficient decreases first and then increases with the increase of connecting loads,and decreases with the increase of friction speed.The mass wear loss increases with the increase of eonnecting loads and friction speed.The wear failure form of CttAIBi alloy is mainly ploughing.
