摘要
探讨了用火焰原子吸收法测定铝土矿中的Fe、Mn、Ca、Mg的分析方法及干扰情况。用高氯酸、硝酸混合酸分解试样,氢氟酸去硅。相对于碱熔法分解试样,极大地降低了试液中的离子浓度,有利于原子吸收法测量。又使操作简化方便省力,缩短了试样分解时间。通过试验发现,样品中的Fe、Mg受基体铝的干扰,加入氯化锶及EDTA后,干扰可被消除。分析试样表明:本法具有较高的分析准确度和精密度,操作简单快速,为氧化铝生产提供了快速可靠的分析方法。
The paper discusses the analysis method and its disturbances relating to the detection of Fe, Mn, Ca and Mg in bauxite by means of flame atomic adsorption. The samples may be decomposed by perchloric acid and nitrid acid and silicon be removed by hydrofluoric acid, which greatly reduces the ion concentration of sample solutin than alkali fusion. The test shows that the disturbance to Fe and Mg in the sample by aluminum matrix will be disappeared when strontium chloride and EDTA is added. It is a simpler and quicker analysis method with more precision and accuracy for alumina industry.
