摘要
研究对甲基苯磺酸催化合成阿魏酸单甘油酯的工艺。研究了温度、醇酸摩尔比、催化剂添加量和时间对阿魏酸单甘油酯合成工艺的影响,优化了合成工艺。结果表明,阿魏酸单甘油酯合成的最佳条件为温度80℃、醇酸摩尔比30、催化剂加量8%、时间10h,阿魏酸的转化率为93.25%,产物中单酯含量为88.12%。
The synthesis of feruloylated monoacylglycerol catalyzed by P-Toluene sulfonic acid was investigated. The effects of temperature, mole ratio of glycerol to ferulic acid, the amounts of catalyzer and reaction time on the synthesis of feruloylated monoacylglycerol were studied, and the synthetic processes were optimized. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the synthesis of feruloylated monoacylglycerol were as follows: temperature 80℃, mole ratio of glycerol to ferulic acid 30, the amounts of catalyzer 8%, time 10h, the transformation rate of ferulic acid was 93.25%, and the content of feruloylated monoacylglycerol was 88.12%.
