摘要
悬浮催化蒸馏是在催化蒸馏基础上发展起来的反应分离耦合集成新工艺。结合自身的研究开发工作,介绍了悬浮催化蒸馏的构思原理和技术特点,其在苯丙烯烷基化合成异丙苯、苯十二烯烷基化合成十二烷基苯、苯加氢制环己烷过程中的应用,以及对这一新工艺的过程模拟等研究开发工作。研究结果表明,悬浮催化蒸馏不仅技术可行而且与传统工艺相比具有许多独特的技术优势,是一项化工过程强化与集成的新技术。
Suspension Catalytic Distillation (SCD) is a novel coupled process of catalytic reaction with distillation developed on the base of Catalytic Distillation (CD). In this paper, the conception of SCD and its characteristics were introduced, and then the research work done by author's research group was reviewed, which involved the applications of SCD in the alkylation processes of benzene with propylene and dodecene and hydrogenation process of benzene, and the process simulation study of SCD. The investigation results showed that SCD was feasible in technology and engineering. SCD is a new method of chemical process intensification and integration with many advantages over traditionalprocesses
