摘要 结核分枝杆菌是分枝杆菌属中最重要的一种细菌,是肺结核的病原。肺结核是世界上常见的传染病之一,每年约导致二百多万人死亡和八百多万人致病,给人民生活和国家的经济建设带来了巨大损失。搞清该病原的分子生物学特点对于该病的控制及治疗都有十分重要的意义。本文对结核分枝杆菌的分类、表型特征、基因组及质粒、毒力因子、致病机制、主要保护性抗原、免疫防制等生物学特点进行论述,以对该致病因子有一个较为全面的认识,从而达到更好预防和治疗结核病的目标。 MTB is one kind of bacteria belong to Mycobacterium, is the pathogeny of white plague. White plague is one of the common infectious diseases which reduce to more than two million deaths and more than eight million illness every year. It had severely effected the development of the people's livelihood and the national economy construction. So beating out the molecular biology characteristics of MTB is very important to controlling and treatment the disease. This article introduce the biological traits including the classify, characteristics, genome, plasmid, virulence, major protective antigen and immunity, through these traits we can acquire the general cognition of MTB and can prevent and treat the disease.
