摘要 高铬铸铁的化学成分应根据铸件在热处理时连续冷却的半冷却时间按公式计算确定。奥氏体化温度根据含铬量和铸件壁厚决定,保温时间根据铸件模数计算。决定加热升温速度应考虑铸件的结构、壁厚、铸态组织和炉内不同部位的温度差等因素。对淬火介质的选择,淬火过程的控制,以及回火处理也作了介绍。 Chemical composistion of hi-Cr white irons should be calculated based on the half-cooling time of the casting during heat treatment. The austenitizing temperature should be determined according to the Cr content and thickness of the casting, and the holding time should be calculated according to the modulus of the casting, When determining temperature increasing rate, considerations should be given to some factors such as the construction, thickness, as-east structures of the casting and temperature difference between different parts of the furnace, and so on. The selection of cooling medium, control of quenching process,as well as tempering treatment was also described.
