摘要
纳米多孔SiO2薄膜的各种优异性能,使其在众多领域中占有极大的应用潜力。对一些新的制备纳米多孔SiO2薄膜的方法如自组装法、酸碱两步催化法、微波合成法进行了概括和总结,并分析了其原理、方法和特点。
Nanoporous silica films have a variety of good characteristics, which make them have unlimited potential application in many fields. The preparation methods of nanoporous silica films are summarized, such as self-assembly method, acid/based two-step catalytic processes and microwave synthesis method. The principles, methods and characteristics are analyzed in this paper.
