摘要
聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)是在聚酰亚胺(PI)链上引入醚键形成的一类高聚物。对PEI的性能、聚合、纺丝等进行综述。PEI在室温及高温下的力学性能、长期耐热性、尺寸稳定性及化学稳定性等方面与其它PI和芳杂环聚合物相似,但优良的成型加工性能却是后者无法相比的;PEI的聚合包括单体双酚A型二醚二酐(BPDEDA)的合成以及BPDEDA与芳族二胺的缩聚,其中熔融缩聚是发展的主要方向;PEI可进行熔融纺丝,所得纤维的性能优良。
Poly(ether imide)(PEI)is a modification kind of high performance polymer, which adds a ether bond to macromolecular chain of polyimide(PI). In this paper, the performance, polymerization and spinning of PEI are presented. PEI can be easily adapted for processing and keeps high thermal durability, organic solvents and chemical corrosion resistance comparing to other PI species and aromatic heterocyclic polymers. Polymerization of PEI includes the synthesis of 2,2-bis[4-(3,4-dicarboxyphenoxy) phenyl] propane dianhydride (BPDEDA) and the polycondensation of BPDEDA and aromatic diamine, and the melt polycondensation is a promising way. At last, the melt spinning of PEI is introduced, and the PEI fibers can keep good properties.
