有机金属先驱体分解制备铟和氧化铟纳米颗粒

摘要 介绍了有机金属先驱体In(η5-C5H5)分解制备铟(In)和氧化铟(In2O3)纳米颗粒的实验方法,并利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察制备的In和In2O3纳米颗粒的微观结构。 The synthesis method of indium and indium oxide nanopartides by means of decomposition of the organometallic precursor In(η5-C5H5) was represented. The microstructure of indium and indium oxide nanopar-ticles was characterized by transmission electron microscopies(TEM).
